Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Sudzy Studz LLC ("Sudzy Studz," "we," "our," or "us").

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Sudzy Studz LLC does not provide refunds for any completed or booked services.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before service begins, but cancellation or rescheduling does not create a right to a refund unless Sudzy Studz provides written confirmation of an exception.

3. Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, contact us promptly. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a touch-up or other service resolution. Any such resolution is optional and does not create a refund right.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, Sudzy Studz reserves all rights to dispute the chargeback and recover the amount owed plus any applicable fees and costs, as permitted by law.

5. Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be in writing and signed or expressly approved by Sudzy Studz LLC.
