• Final pricing may vary if the actual vehicle condition differs materially from information provided at booking.
• Payment is due as agreed at booking or upon completion, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• All sales are final and non-refundable, except where Sudzy Studz LLC provides a written exception.
• Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of future bookings.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may request cancellation or rescheduling by contacting us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or operational needs.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove valuables and fragile items from the vehicle before service.
• Disclose known hazards, damage, or special conditions that could affect safe service.
• Ensure legal parking and permission at the service location.

7. Satisfaction and Limitations of Service

We aim for excellent results; however, detailing outcomes depend on vehicle age, wear, and pre-existing conditions. Some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may be permanent or not fully correctable through standard detailing.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data unlawfully, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Sudzy Studz LLC is a for-profit limited liability company. Statements about donating profits to Pro Kids, First Tee - San Diego describe our internal business mission and are subject to business performance, operating costs, and legal/accounting requirements.
